The Rally Tour is a rain or shine event. Please plan accordingly.

Join us for our Spring GetAway in the Catskill region of New York. We have the opportunity to once again enjoy the southern Catskill region and tour some very exciting roads along with a very historic area. This event is a repeat of an earlier Rally Tour Plan by Kathy and Bill White in 2019. As with my memory I think it will all seem new to us.

We will drive down Saturday on our own with a welcome dinner on Saturday night. After breakfast on Sunday morning, we will meet in the Hampton Parking lot by our cars for our drivers meeting and then off for our adventure.  We will end at our destination lunch, having the afternoon for time to enjoy the local area. We will have our closing dinner on Sunday night. On Monday morning we will begin the ride towards home.  Restaurant arrangements will follow with the driving instruction prior to our event.

We will be in this area exploring the roads and facilities in early March and may make some adjustments to the prior event; however, the prior event was very nicely done and may not need to be modified. We will spend a little time on highways getting in and out of the areas we are looking to explore. This section of the Catskills has some very nice scenic roads along with lots of curves. We will be taking Route 28 up into the Catskills and exploring a board area. We will circle the area and travel over Route 44 with an excellent series of curves to keep us on our toes. Ending in a very nice lunch spot.

This area has a very historic history for our country and an area well worth exploring.

We will travel through the Catskills and on some nice curvy roads, travel just over 100 miles and end a little south of Kingston, close to some of the attractions for your afternoon adventures.  We are working on the dinner locations and further information will follow.

We will have our base at the Hampton Inn in Kingston, New York. Nice hotel with a convenient location for our Rally Tour but also for visiting other local sites of interest.

These rallies fill quick, register soon to ensure your position. Once you register for the event, please complete your SpeedWaivers Quickly.

PCA still has not developed a method for SpeedWaviers for Minors, however we are going to work with the paper waiver for minors on this rally. We will be using the Paper Waiver “FOR MINORS AS OBSERVERS ONLY.”  A parent or legal Guardian must sign this waiver in front of us or have it witnessed prior and then the minor signs. This Waiver is available on the PCA web site and attached for your use.

Once you register and just prior to the event you will receive an e-mail package containing your driving instructions and the route map.  Please keep in mind these are general guidelines for our Rally Tour.  Due to changing weather, road construction and other events things could change.  The addresses for our break and lunch will be included.  If you get to lost, we can meet you there.

Please notify Rally Chair or one of the leads if you need to leave the event at any time.  If you leave the event at any time the PCA insurance stops.  The overall insurance starts when we leave after the drivers meeting and ends when we arrive for lunch.

If you have signed up for lunch or other activities, it is expected, you will join us.  One of the greatest challenges for planning these events is finding a place that will host us for lunch. We commit to them the head count that you provided at registration, and they are planning their staff and income based on this number.

Please note the details for the registration and what you registered for.  Please be respectful of our hosts, club members and timing for the events. If you register for the event, please be prepared to attend. If you need to cancel, (things do happen) please notify us so soon as possible. As much notice as you can provides gives us the opportunity to open your registration for another club member on the wait list.

Use the register button below to register for this event. Once registered please complete your hotel reservations and your SpeedWaivers.
