In celebration of our great 
 country’s 250 Anniversary, we have developed a bonus Summer Getaway that wi
 ll take us into the Springfield area of Massachusetts in the historic town 
 of Northampton, with a very unique connection to the State of New Hampshire
 . We will be staying at the Hotel Northampton Inn. The inn was built in 192
 7 as a focal point for the town. With the builder wanting to have a special
  experience for the folks, he traveled to Hopkinton, New Hampshire and purc
 hased the 1796 Wiggins Tavern and moved it to his hotel for a great dining 
 experience.\n
The hotel is located right in the downtown area within walkin
 g distance of a host of shops, cafes and dining restaurants. We will have o
 ur welcome dinner on Saturday evening dinner will be hosted at the hotel an
 d Sunday dinner will be hosted within walking distance of the hotel.\n
For 
 this event we will depart on Saturday, August 1st from Milford, NH, Market 
 Basket with a driving tour to our destination through a series of great roa
 ds throughout New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts. We will arrive in t
 he mid-afternoon to provide some time to roam the town for shopping and sig
 htseeing.\n
For our adventures on Sunday, we have several options available
  for you. The main opportunity is for a guided tour of the Springfield Armo
 ry National Museum. This is a special place in American History but also a 
 key demonstration in the industrial revolution and manufacturing techniques
 . Also located in Springfield is the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. Alon
 g with all the shops and stores around the hotel.\n
The plan is to travel t
 o Springfield at 9:30 am, for a guided tour of the armory or the Basketball
  Hall of Fame around 10:00 am. We will then be on our own for lunch and all
  meet at the Basketball Hall of Fame for a short Driving Tour back to the h
 otel for dinner.\n

For this event, we will have a variety of rooms avail
 able. Each type of room is limited in total count. They have dual twin, que
 en and king size rooms for a total of approx. $460 for two nights, double o
 ccupancy. We have a 30-day cut off on the group rates ending on July 15, 20
 26. I would recommend that you reserve your room right after registering fo

We will hold our Drivers Meeting Saturday morning at the Mar
 ket Basket in Milford. We will depart for our driving tour taking us throug
 h western New Hampshire and western Massachusetts arriving at the Hotel Nor
 thampton. Saturday lunch will be on your own in the vicinity of the Springf
 ield Armory. We will regroup back at the Armory at 1:00 and depart for an e
 pic journey back to the Hotel Northampton and dinner in the local area.\n

 ect it to fill quickly, register soon to ensure your position. Once you reg

PCA still
  has not developed a method for SpeedWaviers for Minors, however we are goi
 ng to work with the paper waivers for minors on this rally. We will be usin
 g the Paper Waiver “FOR MINORS AS OBSERVERS ONLY.”  A parent or legal Guard
 ian must sign this waiver in front of us or have it witnessed prior and the
 n the minor signs. This Waiver is available on the PCA web site and attache
 d for your use.\n
Once you register and just prior to the event you will re
 ceive an e-mail package containing your driving instructions and the route 
 map.  Please keep in mind these are general guidelines for our Rally Tour. 
  Due to changing weather, road construction and other events things could c
 hange.  The addresses for our break and lunch will be included.  If you get
  too lost, we can meet you at one of these locations.\n
Please notify the D
 riving Tour Chair or one of the leaders if you need to leave the event at a
 ny time.  If you leave the event at any time the PCA insurance stops.  The 
 overall insurance starts when we leave after the drivers meeting and ends w
 hen we arrive for lunch.\n
If you have signed up for lunch or other activit
 ies, it is expected you will join us.  One of the greatest challenges for p
 lanning these events is finding a place that will host us for lunch. Hopefu
 lly you are reading the fine print. We commit to them the head count that y
 ou provided at registration, and they are planning their staff and income b
 ased on this number.\n

 t you agree to stay at the host resort, agreeing to join the group dinners
