 n exciting drive on Sunday September 10, 2023 through rolling terrain with 
 lots of twisty county roads sporting smooth asphalt and little traffic.  Sa
 ratoga has much to offer with its series of mineral springs, location to Re
 volutionary War Battle site of Saratoga and other historical sites. The Sar
 atoga Springs area other options to fill your non-driving time:  Numerous f
 ine restaurants, Saratoga Auto Museum, Harness Racing Track, Casino, Minera
 l Waters and Baths, and the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.\n

 still has not developed a method for SpeedWaviers for Minors, however we ar
 e going to work with the paper waiver for minors on this rally. We will be 
 using the Paper Waiver “FOR MINORS AS OBSERVERS ONLY.”  A parent or legal G
 uardian must sign this waiver in front of us or have it witnessed prior and
  then the minor signs. This Waiver is available on the PCA web site and att

 kage containing your driving instructions and the route map.  Please keep i
 n mind these are general guidelines for our Rally Tour.  Due to changing we
 ather, road construction and other events things could change.  The address
 es for our break and lunch will be included.  If you get to lost, we can me
 et you there.\n
Please notify Rally Chair or one of the leads if you need t
 o leave the event at any time.  If you leave the event at any time the PCA 
 insurance stops.  The overall insurance starts when we leave after the driv
 ers meeting and ends when we arrive for lunch.\n
