 er 01, 2022</p><p>2022 NCR October Foliage Run Through the Northland, Fall 
 Rally Tour</p><p>Its hard to believe we are planning our last Rally Tour fo
 r the 2022 season.&nbsp; The weather has been with us so far and hopefully 
 for this event also.</p><p>This will be an exciting event visiting the nort
 hland parts of the state.&nbsp; We will be starting at the Bretton Woods Sk
 i Area and making our way through the northern and northwestern parts of th
 e state ending at Loon Mountain.&nbsp; This will give us a chance to check 
 out the ski areas for the upcoming season.</p><p>We will travel through win
 ding mountain roads, scenic vistas, and covered bridges. We will enjoy trav
 eling along the rivers and streams and lakes.&nbsp; Our opportunity for vie
 wing the fall foliage should be very nice.&nbsp; We are a little early in t
 he season to avoid the traffic but far enough north to enjoy the early colo
 rs.</p><p>We will travel just over 100 miles in several sections bringing u
 s to the end of our Rally Tour at Loon Mountain resort. The Rally Tour will
  end after lunch leaving time in the afternoon to explore other interesting
  things in the area.</p><p>These rallies fill quick, register soon to ensur
 e your position. <strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: red;">Once yo
 u register for the event, please complete your SpeedWaivers.</span></strong
 ></p><p><strong>PCA still has not developed a method for SpeedWaviers for M
 inors, however we are going to work with the paper waiver for minors on thi
 s rally. We will be using the Paper Waiver <span style="color: red;">“FOR M
 INORS AS OBSERVERS ONLY.”&nbsp; </span>A parent or legal Guardian must sign
  this waiver in front of us or have it witnessed prior and then the minor s
