If you did not recieve your special invite to the banquet via USPS contact Ivy Cowles << Ivy@consumerprofilesinc.com or 603-742-4000>> for instructions to sign up.

Cost for the banquet is $50 per person and represents a substantial underwriting by the club.
This year’s Annual Banquet will be a celebration under the stars. We can explore the many exhibits and, weather permitting, we will have use of the celestial observatory at the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center in Concord, NH, just off Exit 1 of I-393.

Our meal will be a scrumptious five course buffet catered by The Centennial Hotel’s Granite Restaurant with three entrées, delicious accompaniments and superb desserts. A cash bar will also be on hand. An excellent array of door prizes will be provided ranging from a free entry or a large discount on a Zone 1 event (including the 48 Hours of Watkins Glen and the Zone 1 Club Race), free entry to the NCR AX season of events, free entries to NCR DE events, 60th Anniversary swag from PCA, a Bose wireless speaker (bluetooth), and much, much more.

The evening’s program will include the results of the 2016 Election of NCR Officers, presentation of AX and DE Awards and, of course, the Doug Hendrickson Enthusiast of the Year Award.

For those not wishing to risk driving home after the evening’s festivities, we have arranged for a block of rooms at the Marriott Courtyard just 0.6 miles from the Center. The negotiated special rate is $119 (versus the normal rate of $154) plus applicable taxes. Reservations must be made before October 23 to receive the reduced rate. Contact the hotel directly and ask for the NCR-PCA group rate. 603- 225-0303, 70 Constitution Ave., Concord, NH.

Special dietary needs or questions should be directed to the event organizer, Toni Surdam at 617-803-2540.
